Comments and Complaints
We very much appreciate feedback about our services at the practice, whether good or bad. Our aim is to learn from all comments so that we can improve the practice and provide a better service to all who visit us.
Anonymous comments slips are provided in the waiting room and can be left in the comments boxes - one in the waiting room and one by the front door. Comments slips are also available on the link below and can be returned by e-mail or post. We would very much appreciate you taking a moment to complete a slip, particularly if you are not happy about any aspect of our care so that we can have the opportunity to improve.
All comments are discussed in staff meetings and we post updates in the waiting room from time to time.

If the issue is of a more serious nature and you would like to make a complaint, details of our complaints procedure and a complaints form can be found by clicking the links below. We welcome complaints in person, by telephone or in writing - if a complaint is being made by someone other than the patient we will need their consent (In the case of children or adults who lack capacity, please contact the practice regarding acceptable forms of consent)
